Job Role:
The RMI Innovation Intern will join a team that is re-creating how risk management is performed. Our products span across the industry and include insurance prequalification, financial prequalification, underwriting, brokering, administration, and safety and loss control platforms.
Intern Responsibilities:

Work with established clientele to ensure a successful relationship. This means working with a team to meet with clients routinely to discuss current pain-points, what is working, and what needs improvement

Prepare meeting minutes after key stakeholder meetings

Assist in collaborating with developers to execute new product development

Work closely with accounting team to correctly identify clientele charges

Help to proactively identify gaps in Injala software platforms that need addressing

Help to review new feature releases as a final point of approval

Source data from independent third parties to be leveraged within products

Gain and share intelligence on Injala competitors

Assist the marketing team in shaping the Injala brand

Track development releases and share updates both internally and externally

Required hours per week: 25 hours minimum
