Job Role:

We are looking for Software Quality Assurance engineers who will write and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality. As a QA engineer, you will be designing and implementing tests, debug and make corrective actions. You will play a vital role in the company’s product development and release process. You will be responsible for testing the product before launches and customer releases to ensure that the product is free from errors and reliable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create a detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases ensuring traceability for requirements through test cases.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using testing tools, as required.
• Identify, record, document and track bugs using respective tools.
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Monitor debugging process results.
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defects.
• Effectively communicate project experiences to team members & stakeholders in a timely & professional manner.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience working exclusively within a QA role including some experience working within an agile development environment.
• Be familiar with testing tools and methodologies.
• Cross browsing testing experience including with tools like Browser stake.
• Experience with Testcase management tools and Bug tracking tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Automation testing and performance testing experience is preferable.
