Job Role:
At Injala, the Project Manager is responsible for providing oversight to a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. The duties include managing one or more projects to ensure the specifications are defined, made available to the engineering teams, the requirements are properly analyzed, a work-breakdown structure is created, proper estimations are done and, when the development work is done, that the work is verified for proper quality goals before a product is released to the market. This is a cross-functional role where you liaise with multiple departments to achieve organizational objectives of managing projects with proper specifications, with the right quality and within approved budgets. You manage project risks.
Job Responsibilities:

Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project, especially when delays happen or obstacles are encountered.

Communicating with executives using progress reports to keep the project aligned with their goals.

Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
-
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed when external changes happen.
-
Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.

Deployment responsibilities include assisting customers throughout the various phases of the implementation process.

Will assist with all aspects of a deployment including (but not limited to): process configuration, feature/functionality demos, user interface configuration, user, and supplier setup.

Own the responsibility of customer satisfaction during the successful deployment of solutions.

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant people and ensuring technical feasibility.

Manage regular development programs and urgent customer support tasks.

Coordinate with Product Manager and Account Team for product backlog grooming and prioritization.
Required Skills and Experience:

5+ Proven working experience in Project and/or Program Management.

Understanding software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Understanding Agile development methodology.

DevOps Management/Management and Project Reporting.

Project Risk Management.
-
Work-breakdown structures.
- Understanding of Quality Assurance processes and execution.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
