Each program participant will explore and implement the following topics over the first 90 days:

Talent Enhancement Program participants will learn and be required to showcase specific engineering knowledge:

• The importance of consistency and readability within all source code
• The common naming conventions and their use
• The use of proper layout conventions to emphasize code structure
• The use of proper commenting conventions
• The use of proper language guidelines
• The importance of technique to secure the code
• The necessity for code review both individually and as a team
